Bernard Chan's Perl Tutorial

Anyone who is into Perl as a scripting language would agree that while their is much documentation on the language, there are few beginner resources. Bernard Chan (www.cbkihong.com) has written an excellent tutorial on Perl with sufficient examples for the beginner as well as thorough enough as a reference for the seasoned programmer.

This is the first edition and future editions will be presented here and on Bernard Chan's homepage as soon as they are released.

My impression after reviewing this material is Oreilly and Osborne are going to have some competition in the field of Perl docs ;-)
